ADULT VACCINATIONS AND IMMUNISATIONS (INCLUDING
HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS)
Should vaccinations be required for a holiday abroad, a
form can be obtained from reception, which should be
completed and handed back in for the attention of the
Practice Nurse. She will provide an appropriate schedule
for the vaccinations to be completed. You should
endeavour to leave a contact telephone number so that
the Nurse can call you back if necessary.
If vaccinations are required for other reasons you
should make an appointment with the Practice Nurse to
discuss this. We do keep a stock of vaccinations in the
treatment room but some vaccinations need to be given on
prescription and therefore need to be given at a future
appointment.
