Maternity
NHS Lothian Maternity Services
Once you are certain you are pregnant you can make an appointment by calling NHS Lothian Maternity Services on 0300 7900 628.
Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:45pm. Select the option that lets you make an appointment.
They will then ask you for some details and give you an appointment with a midwife for around 8 to 10 weeks into your pregnancy and a scan appointment for 11 to 14 weeks.
If you require an interpreter for the appointments this will also be booked at this time.
Further antenatal appointments through your pregnancy will be arranged directly by your midwife.
