Jane Johnston
We are deeply saddened to tell you that on Friday 8th November our beloved practice manager Jane Johnston died.
She had been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer just 6 weeks earlier. Quite simply she was the Harbours Medical Practice. She will live on in the fabric of the building and in her dedication to her staff and our community. We will do our very best to honour her commitment to you.
It will take us time to process her loss and consider with her family how else to commemorate her legacy.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
