Emma Kidd is our practice manager. She is responsible for the daily running of our practice and would be delighted to help you in the event of any queries or concerns you might have about your care.

Chelsea Thomson - Office Manager

Chelsea is our Office Manager and co-ordinates the work of our administrative and reception teams.

Jill, Tracy & Julie are the experts in managing the huge number of letters, reports and results that come into the practice. This includes coding important information and actioning onward tests and appointments. They also manage the Long-Term Condition recall systems and help GPs with referrals and reports.

Our wonderful receptionists provide a vital link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for enquiries. They can provide information on services and results and direct you to the right person or service depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make the most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. They should be your best friend in the practice…..so be nice!
